muscletech εχει ξεπεσει παρα πολυ σαν εταιρεια αυτες οι 2 που μας δειχνεις δεν ειναι τιποτα το ιδιαιτερο οσν αφορα τιμη/ποιοτητα.Η πρωτεινη ειναι πρωτεινη.Αν δεν εισαι σε σκληρη φαση γραμμωσης και δεν εχεις δυσανεξια στη λακτοζη η σε καποια πρωτεινη του γαλατος γενικα παρε whey concentrate αντι για isolate πιο οικονομικες μια χαρα ποιοτητα εχουν και τη δουλεια τους σαν πρωτεινικο συμπληρωμα την κανουν μια χαρα επισης.Σαν εταιρεια μου αρεσει dymatize γιατι σαν ποιοτητα τα προιοντα της ξεχωριζουν.Υπαρχουν ομως και αλλες καλες μαρκες εκει εξω ψαξε το λιγο καλυτερα
